These master mixes are proprietarily formulated and provided in a lyophilized form readily dissolvable in water, stable at room temperature for at least 12 months, significantly reducing storage costs associated with refrigeration.

Cyxi™ FAST-RT PCR Master Mix - Lyophilized, one-tube RT-PCR master mix combines the speed and analytical power of PCR master mix with a reverse transcriptase function for highly sensitive RT-PCR applications. Using a unique recombinant MMuLV reverse transcriptase blend with the rapid HotStart Taq DNA polymerase, this system provides superior performance for the most demanding RNA detection sensitivity requirements.
