Return Policy:

ProteinCT highly value our product/service quality. Please inspect delivered packages carefully before opening. In case there is a concern of product performance within 3 months of product/service delivery, please prepare a detailed description of issues occurred, protocol/procedure used and send to: info@proteinct.com. Our customer service specialists will evaluate the information and contact you for a resolution. Depending on the situation, a replacement or refund will be made. All replacement or refund must be with prior ProteinCT authorization. No refund/replacement will be made if incomplete or incorrect information are provided by the customer. In rare cases where incorrect order is received, please store shipments under the correct conditions as indicated in product documentation, contact our customer service specialist immediately for arrangement of a resolution. Please do not attempt to return the goods without ProteinCT prior authorization. All return should be shipped back to ProteinCT with authorization within 7 days of receipt and in package/under conditions equivalent to original shipment from ProteinCT. ProteinCT does not permit return outside regions of North America, no return/refund for orders originated from Pac Asia regions or the distributors for these regions.
